Hey You!

Full name? Francis Alexandra Castellanos.

But you can call me Stoa.

It’s hard to summarize myself because, like you, I contain multitudes. I am a Venezuelan trans woman, neurodivergent, cinephile, writer, and photographer.

What I Do

I specialize in writing about photography and currently contribute to the Spanish-language wiki about great photographers called Fotopedia

I also dedicate my skills in digital marketing, content management, and copywriting to sex workers and independent creators looking to elevate their personal brand. Sometimes I do graphic design, though words and images are my main weapons. Check my LinkedIn and Behance to see the receipts!

What Drives Me

Stick around only if you are willing to learn and grow with me. I am a curious, critical soul working for curious, critical people. If that sounds like you, we’ll get along. <3

I admit it: I seek to improve the world. Even if it’s just one word at a time.

I have always seen art not just as something "pretty," but as a refuge to feel alive when reality overwhelms us. Art is about delivering a message, and that message is more powerful when it is necessary, uncomfortable, and raw.

Where I Am

Here is the unfiltered truth: Living as a closeted trans woman in Venezuela—while being Autistic and navigating BPD—means living in constant survival mode. I don't usually say this publicly, but if you are reading this, it’s because we share a frequency. You are here because you care about art, dissent, and human rights.

How We Can Connect

My goal is to relocate to a safe environment where I can transition and create without fear. There are two ways you can be part of this story:

  • Hire Me: I offer copywriting, graphic design and creative consulting. Let's work together!
  • Support Me: If you believe in mutual aid for trans artists, your contribution helps me break through the bureaucratic barriers keeping me here.
